Predicting the Full Card for 2016 WWE Survivor Series

Rivals that ripped each other's throats this past Sunday at Hell in a Cell will have to align with each other at the 2016 WWE Survivor Series. For the first time in many years, the Survivor Series is going to its roots. Not one, but three traditional Survivor Series match will be the headline of this blog. The transition of Kevin Owens, pairing with Seth Rollins, will happen after they faced off inside Hell in a Cell. Who will Team Charlotte have on her team? Could Sasha Banks be one of those representing Team Raw? Well, we know that the headliner will be Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg, but what matches Do I have in store for Survivor Series? Well, let me predict the card for the 2016 WWE Survivor Series.

Brian Kendrick (C) vs. Rich Swann (WWE Cruiserweight Championship): Brian Kendrick kept his winning streak intact against T.J. Perkins to claim the Cruiserweight Championship. It's a result that could reboot the Cruiserweight division. Perkins didn't click as champion. He was struggling in promos, and that was the main issue. With TJP already getting his rematch clause last night on Raw, WWE is now going with a new contender. The division needs a babyface that has more charisma than TJP. The guy is Rich Swann. He has a great connection with the WWE Universe. Plus, he defeated Kendrick last week on Raw.

Raw Tag Team (The New Day, Cesaro and Sheamus, Enzo Amore and Big Cass, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson and The Shining Stars) vs. SmackDown Tag Team (Health Slayer and Rhyno, The Hype Bros, The Usos, American Alpha and the Spirit Squad): Raw has accepted SmackDown's challenge. SmackDown GM Daniel Bryan announced that Slayer and Rhyno get the automatic berth. The Hype Bros defeated The Ascension to get a spot on the team. Team SmackDown has plenty of tag teams, so I expect the Spirit Squad to get one of the berth's since they've been showcased more recently. For Raw, the spotlight goes to Cesaro and Sheamus, Amore and Cass, Gallows and Anderson. Those teams were the highlights of Hell in a Cell Sunday night. But one comedy team will get the Raw slot. That team is The Shining Stars, who will likely defeat The Golden Truth on a future Raw.

Raw Women (Charlotte, Bayley, Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, and Dana Brooke) vs. SmackDown Women (Nikki Bella, Carmella, Alexa Bliss, Eva Marie, and Becky Lynch): Nikki is the only SmackDown Women's wrestler scheduled for this match. She defeated Natalya last week on SmackDown to get the opportunity to be captain for Team SmackDown. Meanwhile, Natalya doesn't make the team. The selection for the SmackDown women's brand makes sense. The one surprise will be the selection of Eva Marie. After her suspension, she has been filming for WWE Flims in a movie starring Nicolas Cage. Survivor Series is a perfect opportunity for her to make her return. Raw' team will be based out of wrestlers who are on TV.

Team Raw (Kevin Owens, Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho, Seth Rollins, and Braun Strowman vs. Team SmackDown (AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, Baron Corbin and Bray Wyatt) The main event that has Owens and Styles being team captains since they hold their respective titles. Reigns gets a spot after defeating Rusev at Hell in a Cell. But why did I put Baron Corbin on the list? SmackDown will be without their biggest stars. Randy Orton is out of the Survivor Series due to the birth of his child, and John Cena is filming American Grit. That is great news for Corbin. He will get his opportunity to make his presence felt on the big stage, in which he can help Team SmackDown take down Team Raw.
